Bhopal: Communication and Presentation Skills Training Programme organised by CRISP for defence personnel here concluded on Friday. For enhancing the communication and presentation skills and to enhance the professional efficiency of defence personnel, CRISP conducted 5-days specially designed training programme. The event was attended by administrative staff of Indian Coast Guard, Indian Navy, Overseas Hazira and INS Shivaji, Lonavla.
The basic objective of the programme was to help the admin staff to enhance their communication skills and to successfully manage stress, team conflict management to improve the personal and professional lifestyle. The faculty members Dr Ranjan Kumar, D. Mathew John and Dr Sansmriti Mishra gave the training to the participants.
