BHOPAL: Special Court of EOW, Bhopal on Monday issued arrest warrant against Sarothia Velji director Hareesh Shah for failing to appear in the court. EOW had submitted a charge sheet in one e-tender scam on Saturday.
Police had arrested OSD Brahme, including Varun Chatuvedi and Vinay Chaudhary of Bhopal-based OSMO IT Solution Private Limited; Sumit Golwalkar of Srikon Multi Infrastructure limited, Manohar MN of Antrance Software Company
Bangalore, Manish Khare of Miles Stone builders Developers, Bhopal. They all have been sent on judicial remand. EOW had summoned Shah, however he failed to appear in court on Monday.
Shah, through his counsel had appealed before the court to exempt him for appearance at the hearing, however, EOW’s advocate objected to it. The court later issued an arrest warrant against Shah.
