BHOPAL: Congress MLAs raised the 10th board science paper leak issue in assembly, on Friday. MP Board of Secondary Education denies the claim. Earlier on Thursday, the directorate of school education cancelled the entire exam of 9th and 11th class, in a paper leak issue.
Congress MLAs Jaivardhan Singh and Mukesh Nayak raised the issue in assembly that in Morena district the science paper of 10th board had leaked. The science paper of 10th class was organised all over the state as per time table. Minister of state school education Deepak Joshi declared inquiry into the issue.
Talking to Free Press he added the CEO of janpad panchayat had reported that he had witnessed the paper on Whatsapp at 8.30 am, but at the time the exam had already started. The matter was forwarded to the cyber cell to check the authenticity of the paper leak claim, he added.
The MPBSE officials claim that no paper leak incident has occurred. Some students came out of the exam centre after one hour and uploaded the exam paper on social media. Due to this the confusion has occurred. The report has been submitted to the board by the officials that the exam has finished without any perplexity and no incident of paper leak has been reported.
MLA Jaivardhan Singh also raised the cancellation of the entire 9th and 11th class exams. He alleged the decision was injustice to the children and had affected lakhs of students in the state.
From Amarpatan of Satna district the paper of 9th class went viral on Whatsapp and an inquiry was instituted in which the complaint was found correct. Commissioner Neeraj Dubey issued the orders on Thursday late evening that the entire exam of 9th and 11th stood cancelled and the new time table would be declared shortly.
School education minister Vijay Shah had suspended the district education officer. He informed the assembly that complaint was received that the mathematics paper of 9th class had leaked. The tehsildar conducted the inquiry into the matter and certified the complaint was correct. In the case three people had been arrested including Ram Singole, Sanjay Lodhi and Surendra Lodi, and sent to jail.
