BHOPAL: The Congress has demanded of the Election Commission of India to take action against Betul MP Jyoti Dhurve.
Chief state spokesperson KK Mishra said the BJP leader had taken benefits by furnishing fake caste certificate and was elected for two times from the constituency. She had stolen the right of the schedule tribe candidates using her political power and the ECI should cancel her election and recover the amount given to her in the form of salary and other facilities.
He also demanded FIR be filed against the leader. He also alleged for last nine years the tribal department had not been able to conduct inquiry into the issue. He demanded the police should file a case against the officers who had given the report after nine years.
