The Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress, after taking feedback at grass roots level of assembly elections, have begun to zero in on third force. Both parties are preparing a list of other party candidates, who could be of help if they fail to get a clear majority. After analysis, it has come to fore that there are several seats across the state where candidates, other than Congress and the BJP, are in dominating position.
Both, Congress and BJP, are eying such seats. Dinesh Jain, who contested as independent candidate from Mahidpur of Ujjain, is said to be in strong condition. Jain is in touch with the leaders of both parties. KL Agarwal, who is a BJP rebel and contested from Bamhori, is said to be in comfortable position. According to sourcesthat Agarwal may join BJP on his winning.
Ramkrishna Kusumaria, a BJP rebel, is focusing on Patharia seat. Kusumaria is in touch with local leaders after polling. Both the parties are also eying Narendra Kushwaha, who is a BJP rebel and fought as Samajwadi party candidate from Bhind, Rajesh Shukla, who is a Congress rebel and contested from Bijawar from Samajwadi Party, Nitin Chaturvedi, a Congress rebel and contested from Rajnagar as SP candidate and Shishupal Singh Yadav from Prithvipur.
Pushkar Singh, who contested from BSP from Satna seat, Balbir Dandotia from Morena and Pradeep Singh Patna from Sirmaur are also considered to be strong candidates. Both the parties, i.e. Congress and the BJP, are preparing a list of candidates who could win assembly seats.
