Bhopal: The special court of CBI Bhopal have instructed the CBI to present the 12 absconding accuse of the Vyapam PMT-2012 scam, here on Saturday. The court asked CBI to provide property details of the absconding accused. The CBI advocate Satish Dinkar told Free Press that CBI had presented the charge sheet of the vyapam scam of PMT entrance test 2012, on November 23,2017 against the 592 accused.
Over 12 accused are still absconding and the CBI had failed to arrest them. The Court instructed CBI to arrest the accused at the earliest. If the accused still fail to appear in the Court, their property may be seized.
The court had instructed CBI to present the status report on the case in the next hearing on February 23
