Bharatiya Janata Party will release its manifesto after the declaration of Congress’ manifesto. This was decided in a meeting of manifesto committee convened at the BJP office here on Friday. Union minister and state election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan in the meeting asked to include some new things. Pradhan said manifesto should instantly attract people.
It was decided that another meeting will be held on November 3 on manifesto before finalizing it. According to sources, BJP manifesto will have around 400 points and it would mainly focus on farmers and youths. Congress had announced including loan waiver up to Rs 2.5 lakh to the farmers in its manifesto.
BJP is also estimating the impact of Congress’ announcement on elections. A big scheme on employment for youths may also be included in the manifesto. The BJP had received around 3000 suggestions for manifesto which were scrutinized to 700. The manifesto would incorporate suggestions received.
