BHOPAL: The annual function of Govt. BHEL College was inaugurated here on Tuesday. Debate, elocution, Rangoli, Mehandi and Fancy dress competitions would be held. The alumni of the College will also take part in the programme. Principal Dr Shobhana Vajpayee Maru addressed the students on this occasion.
