GWALIOR: In an attempt to aware Gwaliorites about the issue of environmental pollution in the city and to improve health and happiness within them, a cycle rally of Anandaks who are registered under the department of happiness of Madhya Pradesh government, was conducted on Sunday. The cycle rally started at 7:30 am from the place where longest national flag is situated at the theme road and reached ‘Anandam Centre’ situated on government bus stand premises via Achleshwar temple, Jayendra Ganj circle, Gurudwara, Phoolbagh circle, Shastri Chouk and railway station.
ADM/ Nodal officer, Shivraj Singh, Anandam Sahyogi Dr Satyaprakash Sharma, Provident fund Commissnor Rizwannuddin and Assistant Director Public Relations Madhu Solapurkar had taken part in the rally. A new and 12 years age youngest Anandak, Mudit Solapurkar was also taken part in 12 km cycle rally.
The rally witnessed participation of nearly 200 Anandaks and 100 other sensible people of Gwalior. Children, women and old aged people were also participated in the rally. Municipal Corporation and Local police administration arranged traffic system to conduct the rally.
After reaching ‘Anandam’ centre Nodal officer department of happiness Shivraj Singh addressed the Anandaks and cyclists and told tips about the health and happiness. ‘Anandam Sahyogi’ Dr Satyaprakash also addressed and had given the idea of discovering, growing and spreading happiness.
