BHOPAL: Mass transfers in almost all the departments after Kamal Nath taking reigns of the state are now being questioned within and outside party. RTI (Right to Information) activist are now raising questions over transfers done in back date in health department. RTI activist, Ajay Dubey has said that health minister Tulsi Silawat and principal secretary of the department Pallavi Jain may not give clarification to CM but public will demand reply on why the transfers were done after announcement of Lok Sabha elections in back date.

According to rule, health department should have taken permission from coordination committee headed by CM.  Dubey has shared the transfer list on social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter. Dubey has voiced concerns over documents signed in the name of principal secretary in his absence from Bhopal. He has also objected to putting signs like A and A++ on transfer orders by health minister. The transfer orders being signed in back date are not being uploaded on website, he added.  Dubey said that he will be filing a complaint in this matter with the election commission as well, as it is clear case of violation of model code of conduct..
