BHOPAL: Corona positive rate has come down to just one per cent in Madhya Pradesh on Thursday. At one time it was 25 per cent in the state and now it reduced to mere one per cent with improvement of recovery rate.
The state has reported 846 corona cases and its infection tally went to 7,82,945 and toll to 8,207 while 3,746 Covid patients were discharged. Around 78,489 samples were sent for testing and 188 samples rejected. Around 14,186 active cases were reported in the state.
Indore reported 287 corona cases and its tally to 1,50,803 and toll to 1,349. Bhopal reported 183 corona cases and toll to 941. Indore active cases reduced to 2,734 and Bhopal active cases reduced to 2,599.
Besides, Gwalior and Jabalpur reported 17 and 71 corona cases with their active cases 534 and 983 respectively.
Katni, Jhabua and Alirajpur reported zero corona cases and their active cases are 35, 56 and just three respectively.
Singrauli, Tikamgarh, Mandala, Bhind reported one corona case each and their active cases are 96, 65, 32 and 30 respectively. Burhanpur, Agar-Malwa and Guna reported two corona cases each and their active cases are 16, 80 and 152 respectively.
Shivpuri, Satna, Shahdol, Barwani, Neemuch, Dewas and Dindori reported four corona cases each and their active cases are 150, 98, 104, 134, 198, 78 and 33 respectively.
