Bhopal: 2 injured in car crash, 3 brides-to-be narrowly escape

Malhargarh: Two persons were seriously injured after a car in which they were travelling, collided with an electric poll here on Saturday.

According to information, the accident took place near Changeri Phata on the outskirt of Malhargarh village. The the injured persons were the driver of the car, Aman (20), resident of Kanera, Rajasthan and biker Devilal (37), son of Udailal Gayri, resident of Bhatkhera. Both Aman and Devilal were referred to Mandsaur, as the duo got serious injuries in their legs and head. However, three brides, who were also in the ill-fated car and on way to their marriage to be held in Sanwaliya, escaped unhurt. According to Malhargarh police, Aman with Puranmal Garg (60), Yashoda Garg (23), Kavita Garg (20), all resident of Kanera Rajasthan and Anita Sharma (25), resident of Richa Baccha, Mandsaur did not receive any injury in the incident.

When they reached Changeri Phata, Aman in an attempt to avoid collision with motorcycle driven by Devilal, rammed the road side electric pole, police said. Following an alert, police rushed to the site with ambulance and rescued all the family members from the damaged car.
