Bhopal: 1 dead, 17 hurt as CAPT building collapses

BHOPAL: One person died and at least 17 labourers were reported injured after an under-construction building of Central Academy for Police Training (CAPT) collapsed at Kanha Saiya under Bilkhiriya police station here on Thursday. In August 2012, the Centre had approved the setting up of the aforesaid academy in Bhopal. A total outlay of Rs 492 crore has been provided under the 12th Plan for the CAPT. Rescue operation was on till the filing of the report.
