BHOPAL: Amidst stiff competition from over 50 public sector organisations, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Bhopal won the prestigious QCI-DL Shah National Gold Award of Quality. Amitabh Kant, Secretary, Department of Industry Policy and Promotion (DIPP) and Adil Zainulbhai, Chairman (QCI), presented the award to BHEL Bhopal during the 10th National Quality Conclave held in Siri Fort Auditorium at New Delhi the other day. The theme of the programme was “Creating An Eco-System for World Class Quality”

L Gopalakrishnan, GM (Quality), SN Shrivastava DGM (IT) and Shikha Saxena Sr. Manager (IT) from BHEL Bhopal received the Award. The Project has been developed by Information Technology and Services Division of BHEL Bhopal and implemented in Quality Function.
