Bankers not to strike work today

BHOPAL : The proposed strike by bankers was postponed on Tuesday. The bankers were to go on strike on January 7 for pay revision. The proposed bank strike has been postponed because of ongoing talks with Indian Banks Association which has enhanced the offer of salary revision. Earlier, Association had offered 11 per cent but now it has offered 12.5 per cent.
