Asks party to take action against saboteurs

BHOPAL: Bharatiya Janata Party state incharge Anantha Kumar has asked the BJP state organisation to take action against undisciplined workers and leaders in the party. Anantha, speaking in state executive body meeting, which began on Monday, said that no one is indispensable in the party and those who are undisciplined must be sent out of the party.

Anantha targetted those who worked against the party candidates in the assembly elections and tried to sabotage their poll effort.Anantha, without mentioning Aam Aadmi Party, said the political scenario of the country is changing and the works in the state must be done with simplicity, honesty and in accordance with public aspirations.

Emphasising on keeping a tab on the people’s point of view, he urged the party leaders to give attention to the public perception while getting developmental works done. He said MLAs must maintain communication at the grassroots level. He stressed on discipline saying that MLAs and the party leaders must make a code of conduct and observe it fully.Anantha said the people want transparency in politics and the leaders of BJP must set examples.

He said although no one does introspection after said the Congress, despite sitting in opposition, is working hard to gain position. Anantha advised the party leaders to accept the people’s verdict with humility and perform their duties earnestly. Appreciating the leadership of chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Anantha Kumar said that the slogan of ‘ Interest Zero and Shivraj Hero’ must be amended to ‘ Interest Zero and Shivraj Hat Trick Hero’. He asked the party workers to reach out to public and ask for full majority to the party. He said it is necessary to achieve the figure of 272 to fulfill the aspirations of public. He also asked them to request public for ‘ One Vote and One Note’. Anantha appealed the party workers to start working for the Lok Sabha elections.
