BHOPAL: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) state convener Alok Agarwal addressing the party workers on the second day of the indefinite fast on Sunday said they need to come forward to help the farmers in the state to overcome their adversities.
He said it is time to take this responsibility in the honour of the men who produce the food that we eat.
Agarwal said that for us farmers are as respectable as our parents and we need to avert them from this misery.
He claimed that at the current pace with which they are resorting to the extreme step soon 1000 farmers would be committing suicide.
He said that the people across the state should be sensitised about the problems of farmers.
Agarwal exhorted the party workers to fight with full might for the outcome. He said the indefinite fast is getting support from people.
We have to stick to our fight for justice, welfare of farmers, supply of electricity and demand for jobs to youths.
