BHOPAL: The district and sessions court, on Friday, declared three accused, who were granted bail but left without furnishing surety, as absconders. All the three were accused of a case of clash in Ayodhya Nagar.
All the three-Ajit, Ajay and Baijnath-appeared in the court on October 26 and were granted bail. But they could not furnish bail in the court. So court treated them absconding from court premises.
SHO Ashish Pawar said, “Ajit, Ajay and Baijnath are accused of clash. They were told to appear in court on October 26. They appeared in the court and even granted bail. But they could not furnish the bail in the court. The judge declared them absconder from court premises and instructed to register the case under section 224 of IPC.”
