The NCP's 'Yuva Sangharsh Yatra' Launch Event In Pune on Tuesday witnessed enthusiasm among supporters who showered it with flower petals.

Thousands Joined the launch event of 'Yuva Sangharsh Yatra', a foot march led by NCP MLA Rohit Pawar.
Participants will travel to 13 districts, covering more than 800 kilometres. The 45-day march will end in Nagpur during the Winter Session of the state legislature.
The Yatra aims to focus on several issues including exorbitant fees of colleges, recruitment on vacant posts, development of IT, Tech sectors.
NCP supremo Sharad Pawar launched the Yatra from Pune and gave his blessings to his grandnephew, who has chosen to side by him after the split in party.
“This march will encourage the youth from the state, and I am sure that the process of transformation and fulfilment of your demands will get initiated from this Yuva Sangharsh Yatra," Sharad Pawar said at the launch.
The launch event was also attended by former Sikkim governor and NCP MP Shrinivas Patil.
The Yatra is being seen as an attempt by the NPC, battered by the split, to garner youth support ahead of key elections next year.
