The School of Artillery conducted "Exercise Topchi," the annual firepower display and training exercise of the Regiment of Artillery, at the Deolali Field Firing Range in Nashik

The event was led and guided by Lieutenant General Navneet Singh Sarna, Commandant, School of Artillery

Attendees included student officers from the Defence Services Staff College (Wellington), Defence Services Technical Staff Course (Pune), Nepal Army Staff Course, cadets from training academies, senior dignitaries and members of the civil administration

The exercise demonstrated the integrated use of various artillery and surveillance equipment, including guns, mortars, rockets, aviation resources and parachutes

The highlight of the event was the firepower display of state-of-the-art artillery guns such as the K-9 Vajra Automatic Gun System, 155mm M777 ULH, 155mm Dhanush and 155mm Bofors

Additionally, advanced systems like Pinaka, Smerch, swarm drones, loitering munitions and cutting-edge drone technologies were showcased
