On the auspicious occasion of Magh Purnima, devotees gathered to take a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam. According to the administration, by 10 AM, 1.3 crore people had already bathed in the Triveni Sangam, and it is estimated that a total of 2.5 crore devotees will participate throughout the day.

25 quintals of flowers were showered on the devotees from a helicopter on the occasion of Magh Purnima.
