Papaya (Unripe or Semi-Ripe): Contains latex, which may trigger uterine contractions and lead to complications

Pineapple: Contains bromelain, which can soften the cervix and may increase the risk of early labor

Watermelon (In Excess) :Though hydrating, it may flush out essential nutrients if consumed in large amounts

Grapes: Some experts suggest avoiding them in the third trimester due to high resveratrol levels, which might cause complications

Frozen or Canned Fruits: May contain preservatives and added sugars that are not ideal for pregnancy
