Indore: Three-Month Entrepreneurship Training For Army Officers Concludes At NSTI

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The three-month-long entrepreneurship development training for army officers concluded on Friday. The event was held at the National Skill Training Institute (NSTI).
During the training, which began on October 7, officers of Army, Navy and Air Force were provided information regarding entrepreneurship development to set up a business after their retirement. The programme was conducted by the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD).
Sunil Dhaka, lead district manager (LDM) briefed about the various banking schemes. The general manager of district industries centre (DIC) gave information about the government schemes. The director of Tankiya Hindustan Equipment Private Limited, who is a successful entrepreneur, met the trainees and encouraged them.
During the training, a tour of various successful industries was conducted, along with information on digital marketing, market management, market survey, effective communication, requirements of industries, qualities of a successful entrepreneur, etc was given in the training session by trainers Deependra Singh Gaur, Mahendra Vyas, Sangeeta Pandey, Sapna Bamoria, Dr Poonam Jayal, Rohit Ojha, etc.
At the end of the programme, Colonel Prashant Mishra joined online as the chief guest and guided the trainees and wished them success. The trainees were guided by Shiv Narayan Sharma, a member of Laghu Udyog Bharati and Hemlata Kumar, president of Women's Unit of Laghu Udyog Bharati, who were present as special guests in the programme. Certificates were distributed to all the trainees.
In the programme, NSTI assistant director Gulabchand guided the trainees to avail the benefits of government loan schemes in the future. The programme was conducted by the National Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Institute (NIESWAD) state head Umacharan Rajput.
