PM Modi is on a visit to London to hold important talks with the British government. Modi told his British counterpart Theresa May there would be no dilution in the importance of the UK to India after it leaves the EU, as the two leaders agreed to infuse new energy into bilateral ties post-Brexit.
Modi and May agreed to strengthen cooperation to take “decisive and concerted actions against globally-proscribed terrorists and terror entities to protect our citizens, including Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad, Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, Haqqani Network, al-Qaeda, ISIS (Da’esh) and their affiliates, as well as tackling the online radicalisation and violent extremism which feeds this”, it said.
He is also going live at the Bharat Ki Baat Sabke Saath event at Central Hall Westminister.
