Indore: International executive president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad ( VHP) Dr Praveen Togadia has said the VHP will oppose reservation for Muslims.
Commenting on the UP elections, he said that VHP would back a party, which opposes quota for minority community.
Talking to media persons here on Friday morning, the firebrand leader said that the VHP would complete 50 years of its existence in 2014 and it would set up its units in at least one lakh villages.
He further said that campaign for construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya would be initiated soon.
Besides, the VHP would also start a alt145 Hindu Helplinealt39for pilgrimage of NRI Hindus.
Commenting on reservation for Muslim community, he said: ‘Communal reservation is dividing our country and it wonalt39t be tolerated anymore.
It is like stealing bread from Hindus.’He said that the VHP would launch alt145 Rozi Roti Bachao Abhiyanalt39with seven demands.
He further said that meetings were being organised in this connection in every city and I came here to take part in the meeting here.
About the UP elections, he said that the VHP would campaign against Muslim reservation in the villages and would back a party which is against this reservation.
