Ujjain: University employees take mass leave


Ujjain: Total pen down strike was observed by the employees of Vikram University on Thursday. All the employees remained on leave following a call of strike by Madhya Pradesh Vishwavidyalaya Karmrchari Mahasangh.

The employees were on strike for fulfillment of their 17-point agenda. They also raised slogans at the main gate of the administrative building.  At least 150 employees, who are daily wagers, also demanded for their merger as regular employees of the varsity. Due to the strike students faced troubles regarding their work with the university.
