Ujjain: The World Mental Health Day signaled well in the life of about 200 inmates of the Sevadham Ashram on Tuesday, with concerned departments clearing various hurdles and providing them benefits.
To mark the day, a special camp was organised at the Ashram, under the aegis of the district administration, social justice and disable welfare department and health department. About 200 divyang inmates were examined. Cases pertaining to social security pension, Adhar card, UDID card, divyangta pension, etc, were finalised in their favour.
To make the day special, divisional commissioner MB Ojha and collector Sanket Bhondve, along with other officials visited the Ashram and witnessed activities of the camp as well as the Ashram. They also presented gifts to the kids and inmates. Founder Sudhir Goyal informed them in detail about the aims, objectives and achievements of the Ashram.
