Simhastha helpdesk helps visitors to find lost purse


Ujjain: Helpdesks setup across the Simhastha Mela area are turning multidimensional for the visitors arriving here. The helpdesk is proving to be useful for visitors in many ways.

Anil son of Mahesh Sharma, a resident of Durga Colony had gone to Tarana for some work when he lost his purse. A person from Tarana found that purse and brought it to Ujjain and got it deposited at thehelpdesk of Chamunda Zone.

The purse contained driving license, vehicle registration card, 2 ATMs and PAN card, but there was no contact details of the person concerned.

Chaumnda Zone magistrate Manoj Sariam said that MIT college students contacted their people of acquaintance and they contacted on the address mentioned on the PAN card and told him about the entire matter.

Anil Sharma then came to the helpdesk and collected his purse on Friday. Chandar Singh Patel, Shraddha Agarawat, Shalini Parmar and Saloni Bodana are rendering their services at the helpdesk. There are 16 helpdesks in Chamunda Mata zone.
