ee important goals helped INDIAARC team defeat Argentina- ARANDU team 6- 3 in the YES Bank International Polo Argentina- India ( ARC) Challenge Cup ( 14 Goals) final, a part of the 65th Annual Horse Show and Polo Tournament 2012, organised by Amateur Riders Club at the Mahalaxmi Polo Ground.


Both the team started the match in the high performance skills of polo. After the first chukker, both the teams are 1- 1. Juan Jose Araya scored for Argentina- ARANDU team, while Maj.

Ravi Rathore scored for India- ARC team.

In the third chukker Argentinas Marcelo Araya scored one more goal, but Indian team scored three more goals in the third chukker to take the lead in the match 4- 2. Samir Suhag scored two and Col. Navjit Singh Sandhu scored one.

In the fourth chukker again Argentina teams Nicolas Mackinnon scored one goal to reduce the lead 3- 4, but once again Indian

Teams Samir Suhag and Harsh Piramal scored one goals each to give their team winning lead 6- 3.

The Chief guest of the evening Lt. Gen. Munish Sibal, AVSM**, QuarterGeneral, QMG Branch & H. E. Mr. Tomas Ferrari, Consul General of the Argentine Republic in Mumbai and Rana Kapoor, from YES Bank give away the prizes to all the winners.
