Central School ex-student secures place in Nat’l Research Programme of Mathematics

Ujjain : An ex-student of Central School, Ujjain, Shriya Gehlot, daughter of Ravindra Kumar Gehlot, has secured a place in the ‘Visiting Students Research Programme 2017’ sponsored by the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai. The institute is known as the centre for Nuclear Science and Mathematics.

Media in-charge of Central School, PC Nagar said only 29 students had been selected from across the country for this programme. Shriya Gehlot would work from June 5 to July 4 on a Mathematics research project, he added. Shriya secured 91.6 per cent marks in her 12 grade examination in the academic year 2013-14.

Presently, Shriya is doing her master’s degree from Indian Science education and research institution, Bhopal. The staff and students of Central School wished Shriya on her achievement.
