BKS seeks special Parliament session to solve farmers woes

 To launch signature campaign, submit memo to LS speaker and RS chairman

Ujjain : In a meeting of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh’s (BKS) executive committee here on Saturday, a proposal was passed to launch a signature campaign demanding special session in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha to resolve farmers’ problems.

The meeting was organised at Murlidhar Kripa Trust Dharmashala, Jaisingpura in the morning.  The guests of the meeting were the president of Kisan Sangh Rambharose Basotiya, Shivkant Dixit and Vimla Tiwari.


A signature campaign will be started in this regard from December 25 to January 8, said spokesperson of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, Bharat Singh Bains. He added that a memorandum in this regard will also be handed over to Lok Sabha speaker and Rajya Sabha chairman for scheduling a special session for 3 days to resolve the problems of farmers.

President Rambharose Basotiya addressed the meeting while the meeting was presided over by Dinesh Kulkarni. According to spokesperson Bhart Singh Bains, 300 elected members were present in the meeting.
