    Muzaffarnagar: A 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped by three persons in a village here, police said today. The incident took place yesterday when she had gone to take water from a hand pump near her house, they said. The girl was taken to a house by the youths and raped at gun point. One of the perpetrators made a video of the incident, Circle Officer (CO) Rajiv Kumar Singh said.

    Lucknow: In a major crackdown, 19 people were arrested today for allegedly aiding cheating through hi-tech devices, such as spy-mics, and placing “solvers” impersonating aspirants in the Uttar Pradesh Police constable recruitment examination, officials said. Eight people have been arrested from Allahabad and 11 from Gorakhpur for helping aspirants in using unfair means in the exam, they said.
