    Agartala: Keeping its poll promise, the BJP-IPFT government in Tripura handed over all the 74 chit fund cases from the Special Investigation Team (SIT) to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb announced on Sunday.
