  • Telangana: Police stops OU students from marching to Assembly

    Hyderabad: The city police today foiled an attempt by the Osmania University students to take out a march to the Assembly to protest Telangana government’s alleged delay in filling of over one lakh vacancies. The students, under the banner of Telangana Vidyarthi Nirudyogula JAC (TVNJAC) and OUJAC took out the march as a part of their ‘chalo Assembly’ agitation from the Arts College, but were stopped at the NCC Gate on the campus.
