    The Mumbai Police have arrested a 28-year-old shop owner on suicide abetment charge. The 28-year-old shop owner, after finding out that his wife committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling of his home in Saki Naka drove for eight hours from Andheri to Borivali, and finally ended up at a government hospital.

    Mumbai: The Mumbai Police rescued a 2.5-year-old girl within six hours, after she was abducted from outside a shop in Mumbai’s Saki Naka area. The incident came to light on Friday, when the child, Shireen Fatima, while playing outside her father’s shop, disappeared from the sight.

    Mumbai: A visually impaired woman ended up saving a few lives when she alerted her son in the nick of time as a major fire broke out at a farsan shop in suburban Saki Naka-Kurla area in the wee hours of morning today. Twelve others, mostly workers sleeping in the shop located at Makaria Compound on the Khairani road, died in the blaze.
