  • Cooperative Banks allowed ATMs, DEBIT and Credit Cards

    NEW DELHI:  The Reserve Bank of India has relaxed rules to allow the cooperative banks to instal both onsite and offsite ATM networks and issue debit cards on their own or through sponsor banks.
