    New Delhi : Justice Madan B Lokur on Saturday said time has come to “introspect” on the “effectiveness” of the law to protect children from sexual abuse and what has been achieved in the nearly six years since the enactment of the POCSO Act.

    Bhopal: A woman and a physically challenged girl were allegedly raped in two separate incidents in Gandhi Nagar and Gunga localities here respectively. Both the incidents had happened earlier but the victim and their family members lodged complaints against the accused on Monday, police said.
