    MHADA appoints two counsel to prove breach of agreement regarding Patrawala project

    Mumbai: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has appointed two counsel to prove breach of agreement by the developer in the redevelopment project of Patrawala Chawl in Goregoan. This comes after MHADA appealed before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in order to take over the redevelopment project of Patrawala Chawl in Goregaon.

    Mumbai: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has planned to make an appeal to National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in order to take over the redevelopment project of Patrawala Chawl in Goregaon. This comes after a decision taken by National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in pending matters against developer Guru Ashish Developers Private Limited. MHADA had also served a notice of termination of the work which was to be completed

    Mumbai: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has planned to take up the redevelopment project of Patrawala Chawl in Goregaon after the developer failed to follow the rules in the agreement. This move comes after a notice was sent to the developer last week to terminate the agreement.

    Mumbai: Following the direction by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to a private developer to pay pending rent dues within 15 days, from May 15 to June 1, the developer, Housing Development Infrastructure Limited (HDIL), has failed to initiate the payment to any of the 30 tenants. Senior officials of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) said the developer has asked for an extension of two months till June 30.
