    New Delhi: Aadhaar is not mandatory for booking international parcel but is one of the optional identity documents, the Department of Posts said Monday. “…Aadhaar, as per the prevailing norms in the country, is not a mandatory document to be produced at the time of booking,” the  Department of Posts said in a statement.

    New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday rescinded its own order on playing of the national anthem in cinema halls before every show, leaving it to the cinema owners to play it or not, but made it clear that all must stand up to show respect if it is played, except those who cannot stand up due to specified disabilities.
