    Indore: Shankarlal Pathare, a deaf and mute boy, has made his labourer parents proud with making it to the state’s Class XII merit list which was released by Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) on Thursday.

    Ujjain: Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education exams for X and XII got underway on Wednesday under strict vigilance. The invigilators collected all electronic gadgets and purses from examinees. Before entering examination hall, students were asked to remove shoes, socks and veils. Question papers were dispatched to centres in presence of representatives of collector from 28 police stations of the district.
