    Srinagar: A top Hizbul Mujahideen militant was among two ultras killed in an encounter with security forces in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir today, police said.     Srinagar: A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) activist was abducted and killed by militants in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district, police said on Wednesday. “Shabir Ahmad Bhat was abducted yesterday (Tuesday).
