    New Delhi : Telecom tribunal TDSAT on Thursday  refused to stay billionaire Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Jio’s extended free data and voice promotional offer but drilled holes in regulator TRAI’s clean chit to such offers and sought re-examination of certain issues.

    New Delhi :  Telecom tribunal TDSAT on reserved its order on an interim appeal seeking a stay on Reliance Jio’s free promotional offer.  The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) reserved its order after hearing all the parties concerned including regulator TRAI, incumbant operators Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular, and Reliance Jio.
