    Mumbai: Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh on Monday criticised Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadanvis for cancelling his annual visit to Pandharpur in view of a proposed protest by Maratha groups. Singh said that Fadnavis as the Maharashtra CM should have gone to Pandharpur and attended the prayers.
