    A research by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis undertook a study on effectiveness of CM Helpline. The research team while pointing shortcomings also recommended the corrective measures, which the State government adopted positively and with immediate effect. The report also speaks about acute shortage of trained and dedicated staff for CM Helpline. The initiative of starting CM Helpline proved to be a successful experiment by Shivraj government

    Bhopal: Close on the heels of CM samadhan, in which all cases related to CM Helpline would be reviewed by the CM, MP Higher education department woke up from its slumber during a video conference organised by the commissioner with additional directors and principals of the colleges on last day of previous month.

    Ujjain: Additional collector B B S Tomar reviewed status of CM helpline pending complaints in a meeting at Simhastha fair office on Friday. He instructed departments concerned that complaints which are pending for more than 300 days should be resolve within one week. In the city about 265 complaints were pending for more than 300 days.

  • Ujjain: Collector issues orders to demolish dilapidated buildings, safety primary concern

    Ujjain: Dilapidated buildings in the city are on the radar of administration.  During a TL meeting held on Wednesday at the office of Simhasth Fair Authority, collector Sanket Bhondve instructed officials to enlist all dilapidated buildings in the city, including schools and anganwadis and bring them down immediately to prevent any untoward incident. He also instructed them to issue notices to demolish buildings located at Dhoodhtalai area.

    BHOPAL : The girl students of a private paramedical college accused the principal of demanding sexual favours from them to clear the exam. The students reached the State Women Commission and complained the matter on Thursday.

    BHOPAL : Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) swung into action after a complaint was filed on CM Helpline about encroachment on 80-ft Road, Prabhat Petrol Pump, Piplani, Nizzamuddin Colony, Bhopal Talkies to Railway station which were made encroachment free previously under the same drive.
