    Malda (WB): Five persons were killed in a collision between a car and a dumper on National Highway 34 in Malda district in the early hours today, police said. All the five persons, including the driver, succumbed to their injuries while being taken to Malda Medical College and Hospital, Superintendent of Police Arnab Ghosh said.

    Hyderabad: A man sleeping here on footpath has been crushed to death by a car driven by an engineering student, police said. The incident occurred in Kushaiguda area when the 19-year-old returning after a late night party along with her three friends, lost control of the car.     Mumbai: A car caught fire on the Eastern Expressway near Vikhroli bridge this evening. The incident took place at around 8.30 PM, said an official of the BMC’s disaster control room.
