    Panaji: Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar carried out a minor Cabinet resuffle Monday, dropping two ailing ministers and inducting two new faces. The development came a day after BJP president Amit Shah said that Parrikar would remain in his post, putting to rest speculation about continuance of the ailing chief minister.
