    Mumbai: A month after around 11 lakh voters were unable to vote in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation elections, a mere 63 written complaints were filed with the civic body’s election department. A Right To Information (RTI) application filed by activist Anil Galgali revealed that 63 written complaints were filed for missing names in the voters list.
