The Congress, on Thursday, will bring an adjournment motion demanding debate in the case of murder of senior journalist Chandrika Rai and his family in Umaria. Leader of opposition Ajay Singh said police could not nab the murderers in six days and now the police are trying to take the case in a different direction.
According to Singh, the party will demand debate in this matter on Thursday.

In Rai murder case in Umaria, the police have interrogated around 200 persons with no result.
Sources say police have reached quite close to nab the murderers and a revelation may be made soon.
Sources say a dispute related to a big deal is probably behind the murder but to avoid adverse public reaction, the police are maintaining silence. A case of kidnapping is also linked with the murder case.
fOn the other hand, leader of opposition appreciated the Rai family for refusing to accept the ex- gratia sanctioned by the state government.
