Divisional Commissioner Arun Pandey has invited complaints from those persons whom the cooperatives housing societies have cheated in any kind of way. An official release quoting deputy- director, cooperatives, Dr Manoj Jaiswal, said that there is no need of presenting fresh complaints of those persons who have already made complaints in this regard

Maulana Kalam remembered

Rich tributes were paid to first education minister of the country, Dr Maulana Abul Kalam Azad on his death anniversary on Wednesday. During separate programmes organised by the City Congress Committee and Daulatganj- Sarafa Block Congress Committee, many Congress workers garlanded the portrait of Dr Azad.

ADJ stays dharmshala construction

The 8th ADJ Prakash Chandra as stayed the proposed work for the construction of a dharmshala at Nanakheda ( Kalapatther) located plot of Merh Kshatriya Marwadi Swarnkar Nyas.

According to lawyer Shekhar Shrivastava, a civil dispute had arisen as two trusts were formed claiming ownership of the land.

Schools to revert to their earlier timing

Considering the sudden rise in temperature, Collector M Geetha here on Wednesday issued directives schools for rescheduling their timing.

The schools will now revert back to their earlier timings. Notably, the government and non- government primary and middle schools were asked to schedule their shifts from 9 am for the last 2 months due to freezing cold in the region. Since the cold has subsided substantially and summer season has almost begun to create humidity in the atmosphere, the schools will start earlier to avoid heat.
