'A memorandum addressed to Vikram University Vice- Chancellor Prof TR Thapak was submitted by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad ( ABVP) here on Wednesday to Dean Student Welfare ( DSW) Dr Rakesh Dhandh.

According to ABVP city secretary Deepak Raikwar, the memorandum was submitted before the VU VC considering problems related to the students. Students of the School of Engineering do not have adequate facilities of teaching and learning.

Varsity is unable to provide teachers to the department and classes are not conducted there. Even, there are several irregularities prevalent in the Varsity in the examinations and others.

Likewise, a memorandum addressed to VU VC Prof TR Thapak was submitted before DSW Dr Rakesh Dhandh by Chhatra Ekta Samiti under the leadership of Kunwar Karna Singh.

Memorandum mentioned that the Varsity practiced serious irregularities in the B Com first semester result declared a few days back. Several students were given zero marks in one of the papers of the semester.
